We stand by our products!

You must be fully satisfied with your purchase or we will take it back or offer exchange within 30 days. 

Please contact us for a RMA # and print it on the package. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the original invoice.                                                                                                                                                                                     Please note that books, software, clearance products, strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage. Items must be shipped with a tracking number (UPS or USPS Priority/Express Mail).  Returned products must be wrapped in box and protected to avoid damage during shipping.  Credits can not be given for products damaged during shipping. DO NOT USE PLAIN OR PADDED ENVELOPES.
