| We ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before 10am Eastern will be shipped the same day. Order preparation and shipping process are all subject to a strict quality control process. We ship by UPS & US Postal Service. | ||||||||||

| We insure all products before shipping. Our preferred method of shipping is by UPS as they are more easy to track and better at resolving delays/lost packages. We are not responsible for delays or loss of your products once shipped, but will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and process any claims if necessary. If your package appears to have been damaged, please check contents before you sign for it. Call the carrier to make a claim for loss and advise us so we can follow up. Do keep the original packaging for inspection by the carrier till your claim is settled. | ||||||||||

| Please confirm your shipping address at the time of your order. If your address has changed, please advise or there may be delay in your receiving the order. UPS also charges an additional fee for address correction or routing your package to a different address & customer will need to pay for the additional shipping charges. | ||||||||||

| We stand by our products. You must be fully satisfied with your purchase or we will take it back or offer exchange within 30 days. Please contact us for a RMA # and print it on the package. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the original invoice. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for books, products that were originally purchased on clearance, strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage. Items must be shipped with a tracking number (UPS or USPS Priority/Express Mail). Returned products must be wrapped in box and protected to avoid damage during shipping. Credits can not be given for products damaged during shipping.
